- Fundraising? Investors you know > Warn Intros > Cold outbound
Step 4. Run a parallel process
- Sales? Track pipeline $$
- Recruiting? Track pipeline candidates
- Fundraising? Track pipeline VCs
Step 5. Follow up relentlessly
- Sales? Customer wants to do a follow up? Book on Monday
- Recruiting? Candidate not ready til next month? Reach out
- Fundraising? Investor will get back to you? Assume it's a no and move on
